Our Executive Coaching Programme

We believe that every client comes to a coaching relationship with their unique context, challenges, needs, and desires. What one client experiences as challenge, another views as opportunity.

For this reason, we take a person-centred approach to our coaching work - we do not believe in a formulaic, one-size-fits-all solution. The start of any coaching relationship is about understanding the individual needs of the client, and building the programme of support around them.

What you can expect

  • Chemistry session​: Initial exploratory conversation to identify the coachee’s areas of focus, and to ascertain whether there is a strong fit between coach and coachee.

  • Session 1 - three-way contracting: 2-hour session for contracting and setting of specific goals for the coaching relationship. First hour to include the manager or business sponsor (where appropriate)

  • Session 2:​ Working with coachee’s content

  • Session 3 - mid programme review​: 2-hour session with invitation to manager or business sponsor to join for 30 minutes to review early progress.

  • Session 4 & 5: Working with coachee’s content

  • Session 6 - review and ongoing support: 2-hour session with invitation to manager or business sponsor to join for 60 minutes to review progress and agree ongoing support.

    Inter-session support

    Included: Ad-hoc telephone and email contact between coach and coachee as required.
