Working Parent Coaching
Being a parent is a strength.
Know your superpower.
Our Programmes for Parents
We believe that every client comes to a coaching relationship with their unique context, challenges, needs, and desires. What one client experiences as challenge, another views as opportunity.
For this reason, we take a person-centred approach to our coaching work - we do not believe in a formulaic, one-size-fits-all solution. The start of any coaching relationship is about understanding the individual needs of the client, and building the programme of support around them.
Parental Leave Coaching
WOMBA specialises in supporting working parents as they transition in and out of the workplace around the time of maternity, extended paternity, shared parental and adoption leave.
Through the coaching work, our clients:

thrive and grow by integrating your new skills and perspectives
develop your confidence and proactively manage this life and career stage
All our coaches are experienced coaches, and understand the pressures of working parents as they themselves continue to live the experience of being a working parent.
£695 per 90 minute session, available in blocks of three or six sessions.
